40 Years of Experience in the Aluminum Industry
The year 2026 marks a key milestone for our company: we are celebrating our 40th anniversary. What began in 1986 with a disruptive idea by our founder, Ramón Hernampérez, together with his wife Ana Núñez, to streamline the assembly of profiles, has today become a global organization that designs and manufactures comprehensive technical solutions for the industry.
How have we evolved since 1986?
Our history is defined by specialization and responsiveness. Since the launch of that first crossbar joint, we have grown from a national benchmark to a consolidated international presence with subsidiaries in Brazil (2012) and Mexico (2016). Today, we manage more than 3,500 references, most of them designed and patented in-house.
What defines our current model?
We operate under four pillars that ensure our solidity and responsiveness:
- Family continuity: After decades of leadership by Ana and Ramón, Marta and Eva Hernampérez took over management in 2020, ensuring the stability and growth of the project.
- Technical autonomy and innovation: We do not only manufacture brackets; we design our own machinery and automation processes. This allows us to manage more than 3,500 references and offer tailor-made solutions through our technical office.
- Strategic growth: With the recent integration of Manufacturas Mendavia, we have expanded our catalog to include high-precision bearings, strengthening our position as a comprehensive supplier for the industry.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Through the Anuverd initiative and collaboration with special employment centers, we embed sustainability and social action into our operational DNA.
Where are we headed?
